I’m sorry I haven’t yet drawn a winner for the California Revival book! I will, very soon, within the next couple of days. I had the surgery (five hours long — the doc had a lot to do), and I can’t quite face my laptop just yet, and only handling things I can do from my cell phone, like this post. Recovering well but so tired. Napping again now. Xoxo

Don’t rush your recovery. Take all the time you need and try the mint tea. Take care!
Take care of yourself! Remember you have to put on your oxygen mask before assisting others.
Honey, just you take care of yourself. It’s major surgery and the anaesthesia alone takes weeks to purge from your system. Sending you all gentle healing vibes, chica.

Hi Rachael – Best wishes for a speedy recovery, and NO MORE HEADACHES!
I have enjoyed reading your blog and books, but have never commented on your posts before. I hope you feel better soon- It is brave of you to go through the surgery and subsequent recovery. I am 54 and have terrible chronic migraines- not always of hormonal origin- they can limit so much of life- and because you are so full of life and ideas and creatvity , losing even one day is a shame. I am fervently hopeful that the migraines go away for good and you are feeling energized by hormones that behave. BTW I like the red/white mix of hair color.
Get well soon
Get better soon.
Wishing you a quick healing process!!
