90 Days to Done – NOW OPEN!
Finally write your book — and finish it.
with USA Today bestselling author Rachael Herron
Dates
June 1 – Aug 31, 2026
Meets
Tuesdays 3pm PT / 6pm ET
You’ve wanted to write a book forever, but:
You never get it done
Or when you do, it feels like it sucks. This masterclass is built to break through exactly that.
You need real accountability
You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with a small group of people who are just as serious (and as kind) as you are.
You’re waiting for the right time
It’s never been easy to find the time — and it’s only going to get harder. The right time is now.
90 days is so fast!
Creativity thrives with constraints. You’ll write better because of the deadline, not despite it.
About Rachael Herron

I’m the USA Today Bestselling author of more than two dozen books with major publishers, including Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, and Chronicle Books. I write mainstream literary fiction, thriller (under R.H. Herron), memoir, non-fiction, and romance, and paranormal women’s fiction.
I know structure, and I love to teach it. I’ve taught writing in the extension programs at UC Berkeley and Stanford. Now I teach the same things to a select, small group.
I know you. I was you.
For seven solid years (after I got my MFA in writing, mind you), I struggled to write. I couldn’t find the time. When I did, I couldn’t get started. When I did manage to write, my work was crap without solid characters or a believable plot. I hated my work, and worse, I hated myself. Writing was the one thing I wanted to do. Why wasn’t I doing it?
Then I figured out how to get out of my own way and write.
I’ve written more than two dozen bestselling books since.
In just 90 days, together with a small group of other serious writers, YOU WILL WRITE YOUR BOOK.
Everything you need to write — and finish — your book.
Weekly Live Meetings
One hour every Tuesday with time for your questions and one rotating hot seat where your book is the main focus. All sessions recorded.
A Detailed Plan of Action
Each week you get exactly what you need to know, while you’re writing your book. Doable word quotas. No overwhelm.
A Real Community
A private Slack channel just for your cohort — for questions, breakthroughs, complaints, and celebrations. Yours to keep after class ends, along with Q&A videos based on your questions.
Craft skills, plus everything that actually stops writers.
Build real characters
Characters so vivid you’ll barely be able to control them (in a good way).
Plot structure that works
Go from “stuck, what happens next?” to speeding down the narrative highway.
Time management for writers
Find pockets of time you never knew you had — even on your busiest days.
Write quickly without sacrifice
A 90-day draft is usually better than one three years in the making, I promise.
Real writers, real results.
“I went from zero words on the book I’d dreamed of writing for years to writing THE END for the first time ever. I never thought I could do it, but she showed me how.”
M. Donalds — Graduate
“90 Days to Done provided the space, helped me carve out and commit to the time, and built a supportive writing community to get the novel finished. The craft lessons are priceless.”
Beverly Army Williams — Graduate
“Rachael’s class finally made me the writer I always longed to be. I now write almost every day. I know how to channel my creative energy without procrastination or judgment.”
Katrina Ryan — Graduate
“Rachael will be your hip, modern, experienced fairy godmother — nudging, exploring, and especially encouraging you through every part of your process.”
R.L. — Graduate

Still have questions?
How does payment work?
Via PayPal (credit/debit card accepted). You’re billed $699 when you join; the next two installments are auto-collected. Or pay $1,997 upfront and save $100. Payment stops automatically when class ends.
What happens after I enroll?
On June 1st you’ll receive a welcome video packed with plotting guidance to get you started. Our first live session is Tuesday, June 2nd at 3pm PT. Just show up — no prep needed.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund available up until Day One of class. No refunds after that — once the 12 seats are filled and class has started, it wouldn’t be fair to anyone to bring someone in late.
What if I’m not a good enough writer?
You are — I promise. And if you’re brand new, this is the best way to knock off those training wheels. Everyone writes terrible first drafts in here. (That’s kind of the whole point.)
Is there critique?
No critique in class — first drafts are too fragile for it. You may connect with peers who become critique partners, but it’s entirely optional.
More questions?
Email Rachael directly at rachael@rachaelherron.com — all questions welcome.
The day you write The End for the first time is one of the best days of your life.
Don’t wait until you have more free time. You’ll never have it. Take it now.
